A lot has and is changing in the landscape around DEI. But, as ample research has proven, and as many leaders understand, DEI brings with it many benefits that cannot be discounted, while its absence or elimination threatens to lower standards. Ultimately, DEI values and principles are not going to go away. Still, that doesn’t mean we should be passive and simply hope that eventually we’ll see a good outcome. It’s more important than ever that we apply our legal acumen and training to discern what is or is not legal and what is a response to fearmongering.
Therefore, IILP is offering a series of programming in London April 28-April 30, 2025, where we’ll be discussing DEI in a global environment.
The program is being offered free of charge. Space is very limited - reserve your seat now!
