History & Heritage Month Webinar Series
IILP’s History and Heritage Month Webinar Series explores the legal profession through the lens of diverse cultural histories and identities. Each session highlights underrepresented narratives, connects past to present, and invites the legal community to reflect, learn, and act toward greater inclusion.

IILP’s annual campaign challenges legal professionals to spend one hour in candid conversation about inclusion with someone from a different background. The goal: move beyond preaching to the choir and start real, eye-opening dialogue.
Symposia on State of Diversity and Inclusion in the Legal Profession
IILP’s Symposia on the State of Diversity and Inclusion in the Legal Profession are half-day programs based on its publication of the IILP Review on the topic. The Review, a 300+ page volume, is one of the most anticipated publications in the legal profession’s inclusion arena.
Social Impact Incubator
IILP’s Social Impact Incubator is a leadership and innovation program designed to support early-career attorneys committed to advancing inclusion in the legal profession. Through mentorship, training, and real-world collaboration, the Incubator empowers participants to develop impactful projects that drive meaningful change
Law School Course
IILP’s Law School Course introduces future lawyers to the systemic barriers and cultural dynamics that shape inclusion in the legal profession. Grounded in research and guided by expert faculty, the course equips students with the tools to lead change from day one.
